After logging in with your username and password, you can access your Order History either through the Quick Links menu, or from the Order Management drop down menu. Order History contains a list of your orders and order details for items that were placed both online and via phone or fax.

Order History is displayed by order date and will indicate the order number, the order date, the status of the order, as well as the PO number. A list of 25 order numbers will be displayed per page. To see additional order numbers, click on the page numbers at the top or bottom of the screen. Or, you may use the search tool in the center of the screen to search for an order by its Order Number or Purchase Order number. To view the order details, click on the highlighted order number.

The items associated with the order are displayed along with the unit price, extended price and any associated charges. You can also add items to a template or shopping cart by checking the select box and clicking the appropriate buttons. The quantity shipped field indicates whether the items have been expedited and clicking on the Shipping Information hyperlink will display additional shipping details. Once all items have shipped, and the order has been fulfilled, the order status will change from Open to Closed. Closed orders that have been invoiced will disappear from the order history page and be displayed on the Invoice History page.
