Express Order allows you to quickly enter a part number and desired quantity for a list of items and quickly add them to a Shopping Cart or a Template.

After logging in with your username and password, you can access Express Order from the Order Management drop down menu under Express Orders. In the Part Number field, type in the part number of the item you wish to purchase, as well as the quantity desired and click the Validate button at the bottom of the screen. The website will automatically populate the Product Description, Unit Price and Extended Price fields if a match is found in our catalog. If a part number is not recognized, a message will display advising the part number entered is not valid.

Customer Part Numbers: If your account requires that Airgas part numbers be mapped to a customer specific part number, please contact your eBusiness Coordinator for assistance. Once the setup is complete, you can type in your Customer Part Number in the Part Number Field, as well as the desired quantity, and upon clicking the Validate button, the Airgas item will automatically appear, along with your Customer Part Number highlighted in the product description section. Your Customer Part Number will be displayed with a bold prefix of CPN and it will carry forward from the ordering to invoice process.

To add additional lines click the “More” button at the bottom of the page.

Click on the buttons at the bottom of the page to add items to a Template, My Catalog or Shopping Cart.
